I know there are many paths and ways to heal, but from the many I've come across this seems to be the easiest and most successful way to get where we're supposed to be in the shortest amount of time. though that doesn't mean I wouldn't include other awesome things I've found to be healing too. and I am being vague on purpose about the methods revealed in the link's testimonials because just click on it lol
