Newbie using a pendulum...

Hi everyone.

So, basically, I don't have a "proper" pendulum, but I've got a ring on a piece of cotton that I use as my pendulum.

Now, I ask it general stuff, E.G. Am I blonde, do I like carrots, etc to see how accurate it is and 99% of the time, it's always on point...

I've ordered a proper pendulum online for this purpose, but I was just wondering mainly the basics of using one?

Hi, I have used anything that has a point at the bottem, as it helps to answer your questions better and it's good if is heavy also. It works diffenet ways for each person. As I'm a left hander, mine go's anitclockwise for yes and clockwise for No. for others it may go up and down, side to side for their yes and no's.

Amazon has a lot of good books on pendulum So you may like to take a good look on there and it's a good starting point.

Hi, I use anything, I feel it is not what you use but mostly how you ask the Question. If you ask is it going to rain to today you will always get a yes as it is going to rain somewhere. If you can you have to let your mind go blank so as to not influence the Pendulum into giving you the answer that you want. If you want to PM me I will give you any help I can as I have helped a few people dowse over the years, mind you that was in person. It can change your life for the better if you want it too. When I first learnt about 16 years ago I couldn't put in down as I was told to use it for at least 10 minutes a day if I could. I would spend hours on it, any excuse to get it out I would. My first one was an American Acorn, they are much bigger than we have in New Zealand and it worked good. Good Dowsing. Clarrie
