I know right! Nicole's definitely gotten me through some tough times!

I think what she means by having the DF move on is we have to stop obsessing and making everything about him. And a lot of the feminine have a hard time with that. We've all been told that what's important is taking care of the family. When that love extends to another person all these expectations seem to come along with it.

But we need to focus on us right now, which is so hard! Nicole doesn't really talk about breaking templates so much as just what's going on. A few others that I listen to talk about twins breaking templates of " the Woman's Place" as well as other things. That's why we get all these fun experiences with energy and attacks.

If you listen to some of Nicole's older videos she talks about protection and cleansing crystals and other stuff.

For me it's not so much about choosing to stay in this Union or walking away. It's about coming to the truth of who I am as an individual and being strong enough in my own identity to carry on with or without him.
