exactly my point merlin, its a disgrace,
i'm not saying that a mediums work isn't important because it really is i'm just saying that a medium should work from the heart and not their wallet

I'd imagine it would always be from the heart though.
Can you still manifest your craft if your intention is not one of helping and healing...('pure')
That's why I keep going on about giveth and taketh....does the ability to 'read' diminish or stop as a punishment for abusing your 'gift?'.

lol never stop asking questions that's how we learn. as to the question as to whether it diminishes your gift if you abuse it, well it doesn't seem to, these expensive mediums must be getting it right or people wouldn't keep going back to them.
that said what if they turned away someone who didn't have the money, if they were doing it 'from the heart' that wouldn't happen, but i bet it does, they then have to live with that.
our lessons in life don't always come as we expect them to, if you are abusing your gifts, it will be noted, and what goes around comes around in the end
