Reconditioning my mind to be present
Hi
So for about the last month I have been working on constant mindfulness and trying to keep bringing my mind back to the present moment every time I lose it. I feel I am making progress but I wondered if anyone here has managed to achieve this? At the moment my sleep is disrupted and I get mild headaches. Is this normal?
The positive effects so far, is that my anxiety has drastically reduced, I am more productive and my relationships seem to be better.
Thanks

I think this is good because when you notice you have lost the moment, that means you are aware of the reality of the moment as it is being experienced by you. Since the results are good, might as well continue as you are.
