Preparing on the steam

Hi, all
I've read that preparing the vegetables and cereals on the steam is much healthier than just boil or fry them. Do you cook in such way too? How then? The source, where I was reading this info, showed these pressure cookers https://www.bestadviser.in/pressure-cookers. I am not sure that it is so necessary to buy a new pot for cooking on steam, or is it?

Yes, it is. but again, it is not for every body.

I cannot digest raw, or even steamed, I have to cook the living out of it. Apparently. But, I don't always listen. I will go to mush though soon.

I have a pot that sits inside of another pot, so you can boil water in the pot below, and steam in the other pot on top. You could maybe find something like that, instead.

I have a special steamer. One like Green.Heals described. A lower pot to boil the water and an upper perforated pot that contains the veggies. I think the veggies have a little more taste after cooking. You use less water for cooking. I poor that water after cooking back in to add moist.
