How do you know if a person is sending you telepathic visions?
like how can you confirm its really from them or what?

Perhaps by doing some telepathy testing with that person (using perhaps Zener cards: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zener_cards , or some other method, if the person agrees to do it). Otherwise, the answer to your question is not necessarily obvious, I think (although, if you get a lot of thoughts and other perceptions from the person, you might perhaps get to know quite a bit about his/her personality).

Hi,

It can be hard to confirm you are doing telepathy with a specific person unless they admit to it. This is not a skill with a lot of acceptance in our society so I can appreciate the reason for discretion when speaking about it.

Now if you are having discussions with this person you can telepathically ask them to validate some thing specific. The person in question may not consciously know they are doing these things. The subconscious always knows however.

There are different types of telepathy. I guess it depends on your level and/or the recipient's level. Some people can actually hear words, others feel emotions. I myself feel emotions and get tingles on my nose when I'm the recipient of telepathy, this has only happened with someone I believe is my twin flame tho.
