Just be you! The act of being exactly who you are is spiritual. I read a book a long time ago from a very famous spiritual person where I'm from (he'd do all the big blessings for all the big projects here, etc.) and in it he explained how meditation isn't for everyone and how it's possible to open up gates to something you don't necessarily want (dark entities, nightmares, horrible feelings, etc.) Go off whatever you feel though, if you feel like meditation is great and wonderful, awesome! But if it's bringing you pain, harm, or just isn't helping, then I'd hold off on it.
This is my personal opinion though. Spirituality is fluid, there really isn't any practice you /have/ to engage in to be with the all that is
