My dear friend, I am not ashamed beyond not knowing when to hold back. I guess it is an aspect of humility.
With this spiritual journey, some of us tend to get a tad too 'over eager' and waste precious energy instead of fully cultivating it.
It's like picking the fruit before it is fully ripe.
God tends to think I would benefit from a few days total mouna. Silence and reflection - before trying to process anything else.
I guess it's like eating food - gotta slow down, chew it properly and swallow before taking another bite.

There are 5 "I's" and 3 "I Want's" in this sentence. It may take some time for Samadhi to come but atleast the desire has come. |

There are many other tools but those are the major ones i have found to work.
The part of the ego that needs dissolved will do so on the course naturally |

1st: why do you want samadhi?
2nd: why do you want to experience ego death?
3rd: what would you do if you merged your stuff with those things?
4th: where are you now?
these are important questions that will arrive at answers which, upon arriving at them, will reveal your path. |

Brother Tom Howard,
Samadhi is deep state of meditation. If this done with aim of merging collective consciousness, at last there only nothing exist in meditation at last just only awareness, no body no mind no other things.
It is gently closed eye meditation concentrating and entire attention on breathe while breathe serence pauseless and slowing down. |
