I'm an Aries sun and Aquarius moon. I think astrology makes sense if you want it to make sense. It's a tool, and like all tools, they can be right for one thing and wrong for the others. Thankfully, there are endless tools and there's more than one for the job. :)

I remember about 2 years ago coming to someone's defense on a different forum because he was being mocked and degraded for believing in astrology. Its perfectly find to not believe in it and express disagreement. Disagreement should be expressed. That's different from degrading or mocking someone.

I saw a meme about this and it was pointing at Capricorn! Two of my friends are capricorns, one with a cap venus and cap moon and both have asked me to look at synastry charts with their romantic prospects. LOL. :)

I have Capricorn Venus and so does my hubby. We're also both Aquarius with water moons.

Tell me, if you despise astrology so much, why did you come on the perfectly well named "astrology" sub-forum in the first place anyway ?

Also, you really think she studied years to write 3 lines per week in a magazine ? But FYI, you're right ! Astrology cannot tell you about your future career, love life or money, because the impact of planets and the rest is on living creatures, even oceans react to it.

But seriously, again, if it's a subject that doesn't interest you or that you don't like, WHY berate someone else for it ?

First, I have a right to have an opinion on the matter and am free to express this. Whether you like it or whether it agrees with your beliefs in astrology is irrelevant. Hollyhock calls out people that don't believe in astrology. I explain my position as to why I don't believe in it.

Second, ''despise'' is a word you use, not me, therefore I feel no desire to waste time on your straw man here. I also don't ''berate'', which is a form of anger. If you think disagreement and formulating opinions that go against your own is ''berating'' than you got it wrong I'm afraid.

A person's reaction towards criticism against their beliefs says more about them than their beliefs. As many can't handle even slight criticism. Blindly lashing out. Yet quick to put others down as "less spiritual" for not believing in the same things. Isn't it funny...
