Cleansing and weird sensation

Cleaned myself yesterday and the house as well by smudging sage, while I was doing this I felt like my energy was being drawn from solar plexus and also had goosebumps in all rooms except my mom's room where she always prays, is this a sign?

This happened in the morning, yesterday afternoon I did that again and it didn't happen like in the morning, there was no feeling in the afternoon.

My guess would be you were feeling the darker more negative energies leaving or "wooshing" past you (hence the goose bumps), as you mentioned you saged later on and did not feel anything tells me that the negativity left and went out the open windows or whatever passages you created for it to exit earlier that day. I too have experienced this when my best friend and I saged her home. Her teenage daughter has a lot of darkness about her and when we did her bedroom we were standing in the doorway out to the hall and felt the energy hit me and then my friend who was just behind me before it went down the hall and outside. If you do sage be sure to seal the perimeter of the home with sea salts outside. Just sprinkle it in a line going around the home. It doesn't always mean it is negative spirits but it may simply be darker energies that become trapped coming home with our anger, fears, arguments in the home etc.... They can build up over time and create a dark feeling within the home if not cleared properly. I will be doing our clearing this weekend of all the build up trapped inside from over the winter.
