Dear ones, Hold all that is loving as your only divine experience; what you hold in mind will become your reality so be vigilant and keep your thoughts pure and

loving. Keep your heart in a state of peaceful acceptance which draws to it what is sacred in all. Knowledge serves to to bring one to a state of peaceful calm by

the realization of who we are on the deepest level. Those things that block that knowing are to be released just as a dam seemingly, holds back the luminous

waters, you have held your essence in captivity by your long held beliefs and opinions. The waters behind the dam hold the power to break through all

obstacles, once directed with focus or channelled in one direction. It will break the walls of false limits as it rushes forward cleansing all in its path. Your

essence cannot be contained, yet you believe that it is contained when in fact you are all everywhere uncontainable and sharing in every creation. Can you see

dear ones, how important it is to drop the facade that has kept you in a state of belief of containment? The dam was built over many years of conditioning and

belief; but as you chip away at those beliefs the wall becomes but a symbol of your containment and soon it is impossible to hold any part of that which cannot

be contained. Your power has always been with you, always full of potential, always ready to merge in oneness with a simple realization that all is and has ever

been essence, light and profound love. You are always welcomed to partake of the whole by re-union of every heart as one. This is a time of blessed release

from the complicated and a renewal of simplicity and innocence. Let it go dear ones, you hang onto an ancient dream of limitation, when you are indeed

awakened light in seeming form. It is valid and needed that you change your dream to one of beauty and peace for all being. It is an opportunity to let go of

the limited darkness that has clouded your vision and reach out to the unknown where all possibility awaits. Oneness begins with self knowledge, it is

uncontainable, it reaches out to the cosmos and touches all. You, dear ones, are the mystery unravelling, revealing, and re-inventing in each and every

Dear ones, stand firm in your understanding and know that truth though sometime seemingly hidden, is ever in your deepest being. Many things at this time

cause confusion and conflict if one is not seated in the inner compass, regarding all as perfect and in divine order. Kindness is of utmost importance and an

inner assurance that all protection and peace come from within, where every being is recognized as an integral part of the mind of all. Therefore, stay always in

your deeper awareness, by means of calm inner perception. If ones' stability is only recognized with the worlds outer stability, there cannot be lasting

peace, but if one has the knowing that the inner sanctuary is where all true stability springs from, one lives in calm acceptance of divine will. Let then, divine

purpose guide you by listening to the intuition of the hearts calling. The old foundations lose footing and begin to fall as love sweeps the universe with an

awakening cry. Never settle for the lesser, dear ones, always reach for the stars and know that you are worthy of every goodness. Do not fault others but

rather cleanse your own being of conflict and help each other to walk a path of fearless knowing that the divine hand is in all outcome. Rise to the highest order

Dear ones, perfection lives as a seed within the soul and when ready it breaks forth and pushes its way to the light, where it is nourished and allowed to grow.

Though you came into the world as babes, knowledge is within the seed and and as one grows toward completion this knowledge is remembered from your

distant past and it once again begins to steer you toward the inner light, that indeed sustains you. Many of your spiritual impulses are movement from this

inner seed and take you deeper into your essence where love embraces and revitalizes your being. Always remember that this inner seed of knowledge is your

birthright and it fills the body with light as it grows in wisdom. This light them helps to sustain the world and all being, for it is a frequency of life, and is shared

and given as a reminder to all life to evolve into perfection, step by step, for it is within you as a code that unlocks every wisdom and beauty. When one is filled

with light, it shines outward for it cannot be diminished, as it is shared it encompasses all in its growth; for light ever sustains and gives in its sweet embrace.

One attracts light or repels it according to will but eventually all return to the light that has given birth as a seed within. Remember your beginning as a seed of

light was given as a gift from the eternal all, so that each could express its fullness in myriad ways and return it once again by sharing that light with one

another. That light holds hands with love and fosters peace in each heart until peace again is experienced upon the earth. Dear ones goodness will always

overcome the split heart and all will return to the light as perfected; in the eyes of the divine, it is but a moment, so remember this as you move toward fully

Dear ones, be a witness to your actions, how do you feel, what do you feel and what does it bring up for you to look into? To observe is to hold in mind your

moment to moment states of mind. Notice how the mind jumps from emotion to emotion and what triggers these changes. Where is your contentment, where

is the joy? It is hidden between these states, because it cannot be held onto; like a butterfly it is free and once caught it flees. Do not attempt to hold onto

these, but merely observe and without judgement, or frustration, notice how illusive these states of mind are when you attempt to hold onto a thought, and the

varied emotions that one attaches to each thought. Free them, there is no rush to grasp, just watch as if you are watching a scene unfold in nature. If you

grasp these, then the scene cannot unfold. Simply watch and release all else. Thoughts flit like a butterfly from flower to flower. The mind is continuously

active but the background is silence, behind the movement there lies stillness. A part of you is ever in stillness and another part experiences movement, but in

truth just like a film, the movement is moment to moment giving the illusion of movement as each scene flashes as a projection imbued with light. What then is

between the moments that flash before your senses? Were you to slow down the film you would experience profound stillness at each interval. Time seems to

regulate these movements or moments but one is not really locked in time. All of you have experienced catching the second hand of a clock seeming to stand

still for many moments. Here time is suspended because the mind is beyond time. It is in the pauses that time stands still and this only requires a different

way of experiencing beyond your conditioned responses to expectation of the next moment. Meditation loosens the conditioned response by allowing one to

experience the pause as an alternate form of reality. It is as real as what you seemingly experience as movement, and is full of possibility. Babaji
