I just attended a workshop related to this yoga and third eye meditation. However as I started practicing, I felt the need to talk with someone to know how it works for them , for example with respect to the inner breathing techniques, So I thought I could use some help

What kind of workshop is that when it does not provide any way to support you afterwards? I would imagine that the first point to ask for help is from whoever presented the workshop.

Search the internet, much of what you need or want to know will be found there.
