Expand or Shrink?
I know its more simple than my complex thinking is probably making it, but do I expand up and down to be grounded and conscious in the present moment all the time? Do I minimize my target point with chakras or what? They say go within... Sooo do i inverse my expansion inward or expand outward all the time? If I am making any logical sense...

When you're projecting into another dimension (if this is what you're asking, because this is an "astral projection" forum) it makes more sense to say that you're going inward, because going outward makes you think about a place in our 3D physical. In the case of the out-of-body-experience, although it may seem that you left your body and are still in the physical, you actually projected into a replica of the physical, not into our 3D physical.
