Astral, Lucid or just a dream?

This morning I had what I believe was my second short/partial astral projection, but a few weird things happened and it makes me wonder if it was a dream instead.
OK, was laying on my side and felt the telltale vibration and I knew it had started....I also heard a few male voices (it almost sounded like me) in low whisper tones....I rolled out of my body and looked down. Instead of my body just lying there it seemed to be moving its hands kind of like stop. Anyway, I moved across the bedroom and decided to see if I could move through the closed door and I did. I went to kitchen for a few short seconds and returned back to bed. However, after lying there a few minutes I realized that the bedroom door I went through and the kitchen were from my childhood house. Does this mean I dreamed I projected?
