In a big walk recently over eighteen months or so, I had two big falls in the physical flat on my back, it coincided with another level of falling (well perceived falling)...you cant see everything and things take you off guard, sometimes the nature of feeling the *falls* can shake you up in ways you don't quite understand while in them... In time you learn through the integration, going on how its all coming together for the *whole* of you..Change can take away just like that, being aware of how you feel with change is spirits way of sorting out the poo you don't need, as you flow with change in the future.
