My neck is twitching while meditating...why?
When i meditate my neck is twitching...sometimes its subtle, sometimes its violent. Anyone knows why? Is that good?

Seems like your nervous system is reacting to something,trying to kick out-accumulate it.
I have this all over my body.
No.It's not good.
Use your imagination and with your first two fingers do the sign of the equal cross on the pulsing area.(the sign of plus +).
Or you could use the X symbol,which i think it's the same.
