it's funny too because you were discussing spiritual abilities in the last post and I have been praying to God asking him to help open my gifts more so I can start helping people with my gift.

In my experience the biggest and most important thing you can do if you want to open up your psychic abilities is to focus on love. As you grow in love you bring body, mind and soul into harmony and are better able to integrate and access the abilities of your soul.

One of the things I do every morning before working on channeling is spend 15-30 minutes just repeating "I love you, God. I love you so much." Our personal connection with God is quite literally a "bond of love" and by focusing on and cultivating our own personal love of God it strengthens that connection. Spend a fair amount of time every day counting your blessings and thanking God for everything that He has done and all the blessings that He has brought into your life.

Sometimes, the more you focus on psychic abilities the harder they are to develop. Focus on love and focus on God and let Him handle opening up and integrating your gifts in His time. Have faith that it will happen if and when it is God's Will that it happen and let go. Trust in Him.

I also have finally discovered that focusing on love is the key to connecting with God and the angels and everyone else.

I do very much love God and I have told him numerous times that I love him......

and I know that it's his will whether or not my abilities open up....
