Meditation Vision
The other day I was meditating for about 20 minutes going a guided meditation just focusing on the breath. I then start noticing faces looking at me in the third eye. I could make it the eyes and faces. They did not seem human but sort of alien like. They were looking at me without any emotion. Just sort of staring. They were sort of lined up behind and off to the side of each other vey quiet and just looking at me probably the way I was looking at them. It was an unbelievable experience that lasted only a short time but one in which I will never forget I have not told anyone but this group. I don't know if my family or friends would understand this and I hope you do. Has anything like this ever happened to you? I would love to hear it. Well thanks for reading I just had to share it!!

That sounds very interesting.
I have never had something like this happening to me, I am too focussed on trying to control my roller coaster thoughts.
Maybe you astral projected?

The aliens seemed friendly but real serious. Like I was being examined by all of them like I was some sort of study for them.
