Help Removing Stress.

For the people who are interested on how this is going.... I rinsed the crystals in water and set them out for the sun to charge them. Later that night I went into meditation then I talked to my guardians, angels and god. After that I went into my chakras to see how they felt and yes I noticed that there was something that felt like pressure on my heart chakra. It feels like a book was maybe on my chest. I did this so I could understand the difference. After that I got my stones and put my 2 green stones and quartz in my left hand. I did 2 green stones because both are very small one is barely above pebble size and the other a bit longer but not wider than a quarter.

When I did this I also asked my guardians and Arch Angel Michael to help me with the process. The visualization that I did was green energy coming from the stones to my heart and then I grounded myself by visualizing roots going into earth. As I exhaled all the murky, negative energy was sent through the roots into earth. As I did this I sent my attention to my heart chakra to see and feel it and I felt it get clearer. To explain in for other to understand it was like standing in front of a door to a building and having all the air rush past you. Before with the block it would feel like maybe there was large rock blocking the door way and you not feeling that breeze so easily energy wise.

After that I set my stones back on the window seal but surrounded them with tourmaline crystal, hematite, rose pyrite and some labradorite haha I just used all my Epson and sea salt earlier so I figured this would do well too. Yesterday I spent a whole day at a beautiful park just walking and breathing in energy. I am feeling better energy wise but last night I had a rush of feeling hit me like before... Some of the people I like and spent time with are not talking with me for no reason at all. I felt hurt about it but it is what it is. I wonder now that all these emotions are they coming from my heart or is this that negative energy trying to grab hold of me again?

I am feeling a lot better!! :) I also realized that I was getting like 4 or 5hrs of sleep each night as I automatically wake up at 10:30am and not drinking enough water. I have caught up with my sleep and am seeing auras again but when I wake up I feel so groggy still asleep. I feel that burden lifted of my chest when I told those people I quit. I still have to solidify the quit but now it is good. I think I know how when my heart is telling me something lol... when something is repeated over and over and you have an emotion contributed to it. Then I am learning to capture those quick insights where the answer is given to you instantly. The heart talks and then shows you an emotional outcome to the path you have set. Not sure if thats enough but it is looking that way. Thanks guys :)
