true. Grounding is like the growing of roots in a tree. If a tree focuses on growing leaves and branches too much, while its roots are not strong enough, it will most probably fall.

Apart from grounding techniques, such as focusing on lower chakras, it is also advised that you may focus on yourself more.

Instead of seeking for goods and external items for our development, it is equally important, or even more essential, that we first look and study our self and thoughts.

Instead of contacting other beings/ spirits/ ETs, it is good to first connect to our inner world and personal spiritual team, such as our higher self, guides and inner child/ chindren etc. Only by listening to our heart will we know our path home/ what we truly want to achieve (cause everyone's path is different), and do healing. I'm still working on that lol.

the air signs are most likely the ones who need grounding since they tend to wander and get lost in their thoughts (not JUST air signs.. but it's extremely common) i'm a gemini and it's hard for me to stay focused, i think a lot about everything even if it has nothing to do with anything.. which can make it really hard to get things done or stay engaged. grounding crystals help me just stay centered and not so scatterbrained all the time. that's what i use them for anyway.
