My instinct about this is that she probably didn't say that word "Filipino" to you via some device, and maybe possibly -not even telepathically.
But you might be picking up on her apparent lack of connection with you. It may be hitting you hard, and you find it upsetting so are externalising what you feel about yourself, possibly.
It is always hard when we feel passionately about another, and they don't hold us in the same esteem.
There are very few people who have not experienced that over the course of a lifetime, at one time or another. And it hurts very much.

All I can say is sometimes we desperately want to put down our roots of Love into some place which will not grow them. Then one day it happens that some fertile ground welcomes those tendrils of our affection and we know we are truly at home with that Soul.

Of course, saying that before the time is ripe for such an experience sounds like a platitude -an empty promise. But in my own experience, it is not.

And sometimes, those who rejected us can have some connection to us spiritually which we will not fully understand until the next dimension.
