Guided to smoking cigarettes?

I am a health and wellness coach normally my habits are healthy, i like it that way, but now i am seeing signs and getting thoughts to buy junkfood and smoke cigarettes, i ended up following it and see syncs numbers like trust this all of the time, is this weord, shall i know my enemy or what is thos? Remove judgement and guilt from this? Anyone had syncs like this? I see numbers all of the time.. encouraging this stuff its ok, bit cant see where it is going!

If the signs are leading you or confusing you then it's best to ignore them. Don't trust anything that encourages you to destroy your health.

That's funny, because I have been shown a TON of signs to try and get me to stop smoking. I even told my mother that I was seeing No Smoking signs in weird places where they shouldn't even be like in a library or in the middle of the isle in a grocery store lol.

I wouldn't trust these feelings personally, but then again, I cannot tell you what your purpose in life is. Maybe you are to learn some sort of lesson from this.

What I would do is acknowledge having seen these signs, but gently refuse to comply. Simply ask the universe to make it's intentions known to you without a shadow of doubt. Usually this works for me.
