I kill myself every evening

To sleep!
Oh.. the mind has issues
That need to be set
Rightly aside
Then.. you... awaken the new
Day.
Shhhh..... Quitely.
The light taking on a new luminosity
If you had the luxury
Of a good rest
Peace and light...all along

Of rest.
