Is someone trying to contact me?
I was about to go to the doctor this morning for the first time in years and I was really worried about it. I did feel as if I had someone with me though and then just before I left a small glass dish flew off a shelf. Is it possible that someone is trying to get my attention from the other side? I can't see how else something can move on it's own.

It is possible but too your own nerves could be in play here. The Dr. is not a visit that we like to take, but its one we do take.
