Sleep Meditation

I've done guided meditation in the past where you connect to source. It's a pretty unique feeling, has anyone ever had this happen in a dream? I had a dream the other night where I connected to source, was the most intense thing I've ever felt in my life. It's been a week and I'm still blown away.

I like to share something I think relative here.
I have recently started a practice and one with an intention and plan. In it I found myself questioning what happens when I sleep since this practice which is all about diving deep into the mind, doesn't seem possible when asleep.
I felt that if this was true then all that is really happening is the conscious part of mind is looking at the conscious part of mind.
Just that awareness alone opened up this door to the subconscious which seems to be readily accessible during sleep if you go to sleep knowing this power within.
In short I suddenly was given images, not dreams, in my sleep.
These images were then interpreted while awake and have opened me up so much that I can't begin to explain.
So without a doubt I say that the sleeping mind is a place where we can access the deepest parts of our self that manifest as unconscious fears while awake.
Becoming aware is the first step in resolving them and I'd like to add that the feeling is that it is by the grace of the depths of what we are that these things are happening and being interpreted
Thanks for listening and let me just add that these images have been easy for me to recall whereas dreams have never been accessible to me once awake. That alone is a miracle
