It took two hours but all of a sudden there was the 'loud rushing' 'rumbling' 'bright lights' and 'vibrations' that radiated from the chest and head. Oh my goodness my heartbeat was louder and harder than the whooshing and vibrations he-he!
I relaxed into it but got a fit of the giggles!!! Well one way to tell your mind your body is awake is to laugh, goodness me!
Although I have been out of body before, I have always found myself in transition or out of body already without experiencing the above. So it was all brand new to me.
(I have caught myself in sleep paralysis and serious vibrations after coming
out of a disturbing dream rather fast).
So that ended that.
