i guess i remember reading about this not sure where it says even astral world has got entities with different vibration, Just because someone passed do not automatically raise their energy levels. |

I concur with everyone--you've had spontanous projections, and that is a great gift, IMO.
The sleep paralysis you'll need to learn to deal with. Buhlman's book is very specific about dealing with that and other obstacles.
There used to be a link to his book online. Does anyone still have that?

In the astral there are multiple levels of consciousness and vibrational frequencies, the same as in this world. The more closed minded, closed hearted, negative and self centered one is - here or there - the lower the level. The more open and expansive is one's consconscious, and the more inclusive and giving one is with others, the higher.
