Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

My first impression: Teachers on YouTube who say ~ it is like this, this, this and this alone and also disallow commenting, well, it’s a turn off.

Having said that, if we separate the wheat from the chaff, she’s saying we’re in a lucid dream, wherein, to wake up, we must cease to react. That sounds reasonable and in consonance with most spiritual teachings anyway; to be nonchalant to outcomes, to be detached. The Buddhist way is negation, the Tantra way is celebration, both dissolve identity ~ I prefer the latter, although to be honest, I think there is an overlap in the awakening process.

I’m not so sold on the idea of becoming a vegetarian to raise our frequency. Our frequency is raised, in my view, by holding still the flame of atributeless awareness in silence, wherein we bilocate, so to speak, between the immanent (duality) and the transcendent (singularity) seamlessly through waking, dreaming and deep sleep states, in an unbroken continuum.

I must admit the many years I was a vegetarian ..my 'frequency' was 'different';
maybe because I was less acidic, more yin?

Certainly making a deliberate choice changes a person...as does fasting for a few days or abstaining from some 'thing'.
It focuses a person tremendously.
But it is not a necessity to raise your vibration...having been on both sides.

Why I dont like her is because she claims to be the only way. That she and she only had "won the game", which leaves no space for individual paths or teachings other than hers. Well we all know how that goes .. war, conflict, suppression. There have been people online within her circle on patreon that claim it is a cult. And that the group triggers anxiety and is toxic.

I do not know her from close up. Only seen her vids. Only thing I know is that I feel drained after watching them. My heart says stay away.

Kind regards,

CW

She is not for everybody - some things are relatable to me.

Theosophy and Advaita Vedanta are affirmations, like saying ‘these are the facts and this is a roadmap’. However, the map is not the terrain. Thus, far better are teachings which prompt us how to actually explore the ethereal. Hence Buddhist contemplations or Tantra practices seem more relevant. Of course, it depends upon individual inclination.

Silence is the best teacher, in my view. Meditation. However, this too is subject to hectic debate, some say watch the breath, others say visualise a this or that thing, some advocate chanting mantras but very few talk about simply resting in a continuum of thought cessation, without any agenda, receptive and unresistant to whatever appears (or does not).

I have to say I really do agree with this comment.
