Healing with the use of Chakras
Hello
I am a 64-year-old male mystic, very genuine, I have experienced three powerful extensions of consciousness into the depths of my immortal soul, thus my soul is very real to me now and my job is to heal the deep psychological wound that still remains, I have freed myself from my shadow twice, each was a major event in my life and were deeply religious. Technically I am a Saint in Heaven, but I aspire to higher heavens than the one I occupy, I am heavily into chakra healing at the moment, I have a core of 7 excellent chakra chant healing meditations and after long use, I can actually see the difference in myself.

My meditation practice is simple, I listen to two chakra meditations at a time which are designed to heal the root chakra which is where my problems lie, I listen to the meditations throughout the day in my earphones.
