Astral Projection Key
Sooo... I have unconsciously astral projected and consciously realized where I was in the middle of it. But how I got there is a different story. I relax my body and stay still, but what would be a key element to focus on while I move out of body. Technically speaking, what CHAKRAS will be my main focus astrally connected to my spirit?

Hii,,, from my reading about out and research ..... its connected with your fourth chakra ....in the Japanese system... and sure your first chakra must be good grounded and without traumatic fears .
