Trust in the DIVINE and ASK IT to GUIDE!

Something like ...... " i do not KNOW! i do not know what is best ! SHOW me what is BEST for me to EXPERIENCE NOW! "

Thank you for this reminder. So much of life and learning, especially in the metaphysical, is surrender. Relinquishing that control aspect.

I will remember to ask for guidance in the future when out of body. That may very well solve my dilemma.

Ask for Guidance BEFORE! It is much more effective to make the INTENTION prior, as the Astral Projection may occur spontaneously ....... it is well to Practice the Asking right before drifting off too sleep /// like " Show me what is beneficial for my Consciousness at this time" and then do nothing.
