has anybody done it, and if so, has it helped with clearing your energy centres?
ps to mods: please don't move this thread. I find it to be very relevant to the whole TS thingy

Not so much body talk as visualisation and breathing out emotions, they aren't meant to be trapped in the body.. i find that helps if im feeling down or sad i can breathe it out and find some peace and quiet.
Just try visualising it flowing out of you when taking deep breathes. Pain etc. Also maybe look into bio energetics which is all about releasing the trapped energy stored in the body.. Look up on Youtube : Elliot Hullse Brain Slave No More |
