31/5000 Chetyre Svyatyye Absolyutnyye Istiny The Four Saints of Absolute Truths

What is the Four Sacred Absolute Truths? Everything in this world is suffering. The essence of all that is happening, of all the phenomena of this world is suffering. And always, when we walk, do something, reflect, we necessarily face suffering, suffering necessarily "rise".

In other words, suffering exists. They necessarily "rise", arise. Such is the Holy Absolute Truth of the Origin of Suffering.

The holy Absolute Truth of the Eradication of Suffering is that we can certainly eradicate suffering.

And the last Holy Absolute Truth says that for the eradication of suffering there is the Golden Eightfold Path of Buddha.

The Eightfold Path is a system of practice that is not suitable for the present era, and if we talk about its modern version, then this is the Six Perfects that were mentioned earlier.

There are many thick books written about the Four Saints of the Absolute Truths. This suggests that it is very difficult to understand the meaning of this formula.

So, again. All is suffering. This is the Holy Absolute Truth of Suffering.

And we have to face suffering when we do something or think about something. And when we encounter suffering, they "rise." This is the Holy Absolute Truth of the Origin of Suffering.

But suffering can be eradicated, they can be destroyed. This is the Holy Absolute Truth about the Eradication of Suffering.

For this, there is the Golden Eightfold Path. This is the Holy Absolute Truth of the Modes of the Eradication of Suffering.

Then, is this world truly a world of suffering? How many people realize that this is so?
