Help, I've been cursed

A week ago, during class I saw a girl reach in her bag and was moving her fingers around something which I couldn't see. She sat right next to me.

My body started to feel wierd and my my mind got tired. Later that day and up till today I feel a dull sensation of energy trapped in my throat and lower back head. The day that it happend I had horrible luck and people treated me very bad which never happens.

Now the problem has washed away over the course of the days since I feel like the energy has left my system. However just yesterday I felt as if the people who sent this negative energy into my body got together and conducted a ritual and causes the remaining negative energy in my system to weaken me.

Is there a way to remove this?


Edit: Also I'm 100% sure this is a curse and its not just in my head, I have very good willpower and am resilient, but I never felt so different in this short period of time especially when I've been growing fast this past two years. This past month, I've done something very terrible to another person accidentally and denied all their chances of revenge and I just hurt them even more. Since this person had no other way to get back at me(I'm too strong to be messed with in normal ways), she got help from these foreign asians who probably had experience in voodoo magic.

Sounds like teenage hormones to me.

It could be mood-swings as well. It doesn't have to be paranormal. All I can tell is that you sincerely believe it is paranormal, and your brain is putting together a story that supports what you want to believe. I can't tell if it actually is or not, it could be a thousand other things.
