Bands Around me
I have a heck of a lot of heaviness around me and have for some time
When I breathe in deeply I can feel what feels like energetic 'fabric' 'sliding' over itself in front of my tummy.
Imagine getting a towel and holding it in front of you body then scrunching it up and pressing it against yourself. Imagine breathing in and feeling the towel slide over itself as you breathe in
Thats what it feels like.
Any ideas what this actually is? or how I may address / loosen it

Do you actually feel energy? Probably a lot of negative emotions that need to be addressed.

Yes - significant energy - have a lot of trouble connecting with emotions and have for some time. I know that but cant seem to connect.

I can also feel sort 'bumps' around my energy field as I relax a bit and breathe out - sort of like cords bumping into each other

Do you believe in some divine power or believe you are well-protected at the soul level?
Sounds like to me something is preventing something that is trying to get to you. You should raise your vibration level. |

Absolutely I do believe without any doubt in the divine and being protected.
I am trying to raise my vibration but it is very hard when feeling depressed

You have to face the negative emotions otherwise you cannot go to a higher vibration. Just try to meditate on it and focus. Emotions need attention and then they lessen.

Thanks - I really know the negative emotions are there - to the point of addicitive behaviiours I have suffered. THis has added to trauma which make the emotions very difficult to face. I have become very tense over a long period and I think this energy bubble has built up around me. I am working on getting help with the addiction as the behaviour has stopped but the recovery has not really begun.
