Twin flames & eye contact

Hi,

out of curiosity I would like to ask, is your eye contact with your twin easy or difficult? Mine is difficult. It feels too intense.

we had so little of it, few face to face meetings. But the one where we did make eye contact (which normally is too intense for me w anyone, sometimes I adjust by over-adjusting, become psychically aggressive without intending to and I make it too intense for the other). But that day, it's like I was spared the anxiety when TS and I looked closely at each other- was it direct eye contact for both? not sure, there was tremendous spiritual/angelic or spirit guide presence there moderating and modulating it for us both. We both went into an altered state like a trance, but something kept us from getting too anxious, or from knowing what was going on for that matter.

Not that we could have known. It's just that in hindsight you can say, that was when time stopped or we recognized each other, etc but really I had no idea what was happening and can't even say how I would have described it later that day. The spiritual protection in the room made it all foggy like anesthesia.

It was amazing at first. Just like rabbit heart said, " time stoped, it was like dancing with the universe." That describes it perfectly. I thought I met him again in NY around 8 years later, long story, but I didn't even dare to make eye contact or talk to him. The energy was too intense, so I watched him walk away once again. sigh.

In my experience, this was the most mindblowing aspect of it because you can sustain eye contact for much longer intervals, sometimes continuously.
Intense, yes, but magnetic. I have had this to a lesser degree with maybe 2 other encounters, but in those cases I was more drawn to their eyes for the ...charm of it, rather than the greater knowing of it.

I love to make eye contact! It's like going home. Pure comfort, car and love in those eyes!

Thanks for the replies. I think I need to be bit more specific though because even though I enjoyed reading about how the eye contact feels like heaven on earth, that wasn't what I ment to ask. Not exactly. Instead I'm interested to know how easy or difficult it is for you folks to have eye contact with your twin. Do you start and maintain your eye contact with ease, or are there difficulties like for example shyness and/or urge to run because it is so intense? Also, as I consider myself to be the runner one, I would be interested about others who are runners. Did your eye contact happen instantly or did you kind of need to force yourself into it?


My own situation is that slowly I have progressed from not being able to have any straight eye contact with mine, to this point I am now, which allows me to experience the direct eye contact when we have space between us and when I feel at least some amount of privacy, but prevents me from having it when my twin is very close to me and/or when there are people around who I feel are staring. Slow but steady progress I guess.

Astral Jane, what you shared sounds very interesting. Funny thing is I usually make eye contact very easily. it usually is me who stares (without noticing it myself) at the other person and the other person first looks away. Eye contact doesn't intimidate me with anybody else except my twin. I feel so vulnerable and kind of naked infront of him that it scares me. Especially if there are other people around.

I can relate to what you shared aubreyiris. My first eye contact with mine was amazing. Next time when I saw him, I couldn't make the eye contact.
