Book1 Is it okay to ask the pendulum about a test I took at school?

Hi all,

Would it be okay to ask my pendulum/spirit guides how I did on a test I took at school? Or does this fall into fortune-telling?

It was a multiple-choice test, so I either had the correct answers or I was wrong.

Thank you for your help.

I didn't ask my pendulum... But I got my results and I scored a 96% on my test! Yay!

Is it okay to ask this question with future tests, though?

Congrats on your test! Before you start, after saying your protection prayer. I always say "I would only like the information you give from my time frame, my dimension, my realm, my reality and my universe". I have found to get more accurate answers saying this. :) Then you could ask "did I do well on a test I took today at school"? Or "do I have to worry about how I did on my test today"? Don't get discouraged if the answer is no, sometimes they just don't want to answer you and are saying no, I'm not going to answer that question. Then ask it, "the no you just gave me, does that mean you don't want to answer that question" and see what you get for this one. I have programmed my pendulum to let me know "not at this time" meaning it doesn't want to tell me the answer to something. Hope this helps.

IMO that is actually a good example of somthing to practice on. You are not being invasive or cheating or anything like that, you can practice technique, and you can get confirmation, or not. You are not fortune telling, it is more like remote viewing, getting access to info you can't otheriwse see, that is neutral in and of itself. Just my 2cents.

For what its worth I debrief with Spirit (Higher Self) about everything I'm involved in. (using oracle cards and Runes) My goal is to learn and apparently that's just fine as Spirit usually has a lot to say about whatever I ask about.
I see no problem with asking questions for yourself and about yourself - it is your business after all!

A pendulum is a tool not a toy. You should use it properly You might not get the right answers so I would not recommend doing this

This is correct. However you can and should use it to practice. All you do is speak out loud that you are only practicing and not actually dowsing. You are allowed to ask questions for yourself. Therefore in asking in the way I suggested is fine. He is not asking for answers to a test, that is a definite no-no under the category of using for self benefit.

There are several sites on the web that I can steer anyone to if they are interested. I can suggest now the American, Australian,British,Canadian,Society of Dowsers. All of these sites are registered Societies, so you know they will provide you with the best possible advice.

I don't see an issue with asking this, but try and keep your questions, on tests or anything else for that matter, extremely clear and unambiguous. For example, instead of asking 'did I do well?', what does that mean exactly?? Does it mean 60%, 90%?? Try asking 'on the test for biology, or whatever, that I undertook today, did I score more than 80 percent correct answers?', the pendulum takes your questions very literally and questions need to be totally clear.
But then again if you are scoring 96 percent for a test I don't think you need to worry too Much about how well you are doing!!
Good luck

I stick to the rule of going by my intuition. If you want to do something then go with your intuition.

I guess some people thinkits a bit trivial to ask about your exam results.. but it is obviously important to you so I am pleased you got a good mark... i'd never admonish someone for asking..
