Who is attacking me?

Three days ago someone has been sending me psychic attacks aiming for my chest, the sides of my ribcage and lower abdomen. I haven't met anyone new and can't recall someone I ****ed off. I tried to do some self readings but they interfere and I can tell they observe me during my attempts. I believe it is multiple people with perhaps the help of entities. I believed my main attacker with motive is female because that was the first energy I sensed, but I did a reading telling me it was a male and that I knew him, masking himself and deceiving me, but I have very few friends. I have those few friends helping shield me but the attacks have grown so strong and the pain is becoming more intense.
I tried to do a reading asking about the attacker but I felt interference and I was just getting the worse cards such as the tower reversed, ten of rods, nine of swords..and the one card I got that made sense about the attacker was son of cups reversed. I tried to ask my pendulum as well and got awry answers each time, which was wild circling for "unknown" or "don't want to say."
I really can't imagine who I've crossed and why, I hardly leave the house and interact with people in person outside of the household. I know it is not anyone in the household for sure as they do not have knowledge in anything paranormal and are religious. Any insight would be helpful and advice to defend or block against attacks. I tried researching online but maybe I'm not looking hard enough?

Maybe you can re-post in the SF Wicca forum. I'm sure some of those Cats know all about firewalls, protection spells, casting a circle, and even counterattack methods.

Offhand, maybe your Tarot spreads are not accurate enough. I wouldn't know a layout specific to that type of tarot question, although you may consider inventing a design to suit your needs. Hopefully there are Tarotists here who can point you in the right direction.

The trick, as far as I know, is to take oneself out of the equation. Not as easy as it sounds, and it does take a little practice, but effective. Chakra meditation and self-psychoanalysis is one surefire way. And always, above all things, stay cool ...

I am not sure if this is a question one can answer in the tarot section. What I do know about the cards, when your antsy, they are going to feed off your own emotion/energy, especially if your overwhelmed. So it is possible the cards are reading your own fear/paranoia

You may want to post in the mediumshiop, wicca or paranormal section to ask for protection techniques like Kine suggested. I read a lot of stories of individuals calling for Archangel Michael for protection or white light meditations (do your research well as there is a proper way to send 'energy' away). There are members on here who have also had experiences with entities. I am sure if you reach out to them directly they may offer protection techniques as well. In the meantime, stay clam, and try not feed or give 'it' attention, including with tarot readings.

If you are feeling physical pain, I definitely suggest to seek medical help.

I am on the same boat actually, a couple of months ago i was attacked directly at my head, lost of sleep for days, visions and so on (The attacker tried to drive me mad) i still feel some of the backlash, its pretty rough.

A word of advise is not to rely in your own readings, since the attacker can indeed interfere with them. Try asking other people to read for you instead and you might find more accurate interpretations.

Solarian, I came across an incredibly powerful healing as well as protection technique on Youtube, probably the best one I've ever found or used, and that's saying something. I'm not real great with computers so unsure how to paste it onto here, but it's called the 'Shen Spiritual and Emotional Healing Technique' by Grandmaster David Harris.
