Have you ever met aliens in our physical reality?

Hello everyone! I have had astral projections in worlds, where I met aliens, and I have seen some lights in the sky, but have you ever met them in physical reality?

I listened a youtube vid where one claim, that some aliens came and "frozed" her while she was sleeping, and she saw three white aliens in her room. They said, that they only frozed her, because they think people could start to scream etc.. I also spoke with one internet friend, who did not even believe aliens that much, but after our conversations he saw one in front of his bed. The being looked typical alien, and shifted in to a human form, before he disappeared. Of course he freaked it a bit, but after that he did not have any troubles believing aliens :)

I was just wondering, is there people with similar experiences? I believe that they come in the night time, when realities, that we are observing, are more flexible and they have a better possibility to come in to our world. I have never seen them in front of my bed, but I am not even sure do I want it to happen. But I like to hear if you have had aliens near you in this physical reality.
