Believe me - witches have better things to do. If you're serious, I have to ask why any witch would want to stare at anyone when they are sleeping?

I think most people have their own way of recognizing when a spirit is around. I get goose bumps on my back, other people feel that the room gets cooler.
It does sound like someone is trying to get your attention. I agree with Enya when she says that they come at night because your mind is in a relaxed state. Try asking them what they want if you like, but if you want them to leave tell them so.

Thanks vision i will try that next time. One true believer i have had them come during the day but it has always been a message to pass to a friend and i know its for them even though they are strangers to me but have been given the feeling of love for them its a very comforting feeling. I will also try what you said for them to come into my dreams as they dont answer me when i have talked to them thankyou to both of you x

Jenny crow i dont feel threatened by them the first one slammed every door in my house including wardrobe doors i felt he wanted acknowledgement what i got from him he was very tall and large in size not fat just large. I know this may sound bizzare but he looked like a goblin. The next one he was young not a child he pulled on the duvet numerous times. The next one he was male got the feeling he had drowned he was very scared and lonely i had a strange experience with him i was scared with him but i think i was picking up on his feelings rather than my own but i dont think my feelings helped i didnt feel threatened by any of them with him i did get goosebumps from head to toe and went very cold he stayed with me till the next day and left at tea time the other two before had gone when i woke up. I am teaching myself so any info or your experiences help me greatly to understand thankyou :) x
