Lower back chakra is either exposed or blocked

Can anyone here offer legitimately good advice on how to go about healing the lower chakra?

I went through a psychotic break a few years back and ever since I've always felt my back is exposed like I've been unplugged.
I feel it every day, there's something wrong with the lower back chakra.

I try to focus on the chakra through meditation, and also be mindful of it when exercising/running but nothing seems to be working.

Reading about the sacral chakra and going through this list I can confirm these feelings have been very present since the psychotic break;

Sacral chakra imbalance frequently manifests as emotional and psychological difficulties, including:

depression
low self-esteem
insecurity
detachment
jealousy
fear

I'm not a hard man by any means, but I never feared anything in life, it was never an issue, until the break from reality. I'm kinda' lost at the moment.

The list of symptoms seem to be more related to the root chakra, then again neighbouring chakra's have similar issues.

If this is about the Sacral chakra, I'd suggest to expose yourself to its element: water. Take a relaxing bath or go swimming.

Also the answers to why this issue pops up now might be found in the cause of your psychotic breakdown.
