Any comment on Elo-Rayex, is it SCAM?

Referring to following articles, it is interesting to use Bio-resonance for healing, I see the product, touch the product, but don't feel anything, which is just a plastic bar. The salesperson said that is very popular in Europe over 20 years. Do anyone have any suggestions on whether this product is a SCAM or not?
