hehe upon putting my hand out to meet the avatar's (I am some feet away sitting on a couch as the computer is connected to a giant tv screen) and trying to concentrate on the positive energy exchange I got some sensations in my body, like a positive static and movement, perhaps especially in my forehead and stomach. now I've had sensations like that before but I always wonder if it's just in my head or if it is really a special sensation.. anyways I guess I get it when I am trying to concentrate on healing in general.. and my wish was for me to be able to help others more. Thank you! <3

I'm bumping this for all those in need of healing.
Please send your love, light, good will, and healing thoughts, particularly for those who are wounded or ill and in need of critical healing -- and give yourself some as well.
