What happens if I don't go into the light?

This is excellent advice! I'm definitely going to give that a try. I attract many elderly. I wonder if that would still work.Going to find out. Thank you so much for your reply!

The elderly were someone's little boy or little girl once, so I imagine calling for their mother or father would still work. Certainly worth a try. We can't know if random spirits that come to us had a spouse that might come for them, but we all have had a mother.

You are already in the light, this is why many humans who die and return do not actually perceive the light as making a trip or journey.

Our higher light spirit self emerged out of the God Heaven, that is higher than our Christ Heaven.

The light spirit bodies came into the atmosphere of Christ Heaven and the oxygenated light sound manifested the light spirit into an organic cell.

Therefore part of our spirit stayed in the God Heaven and the lower light part of it formed into the cellular condition breaking itself off from the God Heaven. Our spirit in the God Heaven continues to communicate to our lower self and when we die we find ourselves simply the light spirit that was previously communicating to an organic body.

Now if you were an evil human being, the light body that you were communicating with, would have no feedback of loving communications. So when you become self aware that you died, you simply fade out in the light.

Only the loving, kind and caring spirits in life gain an actual and keep an actual light spirit self when deceased. This is why we were all taught to be a loving, kind human being.

It seems odd that spirits don't go to it because we all know that light houses do well during a storm at sea. When we're lost in a dark room, we need light to see. Could it be that some people who suggest the light is a trap are onto something?

(I don't mean to go off topic but I watched an episode of Star Trek Voyager where aliens catch spirits of the deceased in the light).

i think it is kind of like gravity. if you fall off a chair you will go down. if you die, you return to the source.

People are often attached to beliefs, people, and things. If you believe you're supposed to wait for your spouse on the other side, you might linger. If you're the 2nd to go, you might think your spouse went "to heaven" & you cross right over without your spouse knowing it. Some people feel protective over their possessions or home & stay to continue to protect it. Some people fear judgment due to their religion & will avoid crossing over to avoid what they were told happens. Many people simply don't know they're dead & don't move toward the Light. Lots of reasons for lingering in this plane for too long.

I don't really agree with the Light being a trap.
