A year ago, I would have been absolutely terrified but after the reading and research ive done, I think maybe I could resign myself to it with a whatever attitude. Even If I knew I would still exist 100% after it, I would still be apprehensive about certain stuff, like not having my body for starters.

its still in the back of my mind that we do cease to exist but it doesn't seem the automatic certainty that it would have done so 12 months ago. I guess my mother's passing has maybe opened my mind up to other things but then I still think about wishful thinking etc

Only an hour? I'd be a little panicked on the short warning! Too much to do, pick out a dress, a nice plot, give some ideas on what might make a nice funeral so the one's burying have something to fall back on if they are in brain freeze, disposition of my assets, the many people I would want to say "Thanks for sharing the Ride with me - See you on the Other Side!"

As far as to 'what the Other Side will be like' I have little concern these days. I've been there many times and taken others there on Shamanic Journey's so have a fairly good idea what's in store and feel comfortable that all will be well indeed.

The weird thing will be not returning to my body after checking a bunch of things out, sort of gotten used to not being able to stay on the Other Side of the Veil. lol

I wouldn't do much. Just say my goodbyes to those who matter to me and settle my affairs. I wouldn't let others know I was going to die. I wouldn't want to bring others down. I have proven to myself that physical death is not the end of life so I have no fear of death.

I would read up on NDEs and cross my fingers!

I've had a NDE as well and totally agree. Although it has been 10 years since my NDE I am loosing memory of it. To answer your question though...If I only had an hour to live I would meditate to brainwave entrainment in an attempt to raise my level of consciousness in hopes of gaining a more rewarding rebirth.

You will regret taking your life if you do. You are not in possession of all the facts as to WHY you incarnated. You came here to live a full life and learn some lessons to further your own spiritual growth. Ending your own life is pretty much a fail and you will have to own up to it then come back and do it all over again. It is best to suffer through this life and learn what you can so you don't have to relive it.

I think I would call/see all people that I love and prepare them for this. Tell them what I wanted to tell and help them survive this.
