Visualizing faces

I keep seeing faces of people that I know or people that i've met before. Could I be channeling them or it this just another indication that their thinking/talking about me. it happen every so often when I'm sitting or doing work.

I've had it a couple of times. In both times, the people I saw were in trouble.

One example: At one evening I was ready to go to bed and closed my eyes. While yawning, I saw my friend's face. He was screaming. I didn't think anything of it. A week later, I got a call, and heard that he suffered a heart attack that very evening. I think that people generate these visuals, and you pick them up. Why and how, I do not know. But if you are sensitive enough you will get to see them yes.

I see flashes of random people (some that I don't know at all) and sometimes very weird things (creatures and such) as I'm falling asleep. I think it's because at this stage of sleep we're more open to the akashic records, more open to the multi-dimensional part of ourselves. Start writing down your experiences - and start keeping a dream journal. Have you ever heard of lucid dreaming? Pretty cool stuff.

It seems like you're connecting to them in some way. I've never experienced it in that way.

Yes the hypnagogic state before sleep is equivalent to a deep trance state and is very useful for making contact with other aspects of the self, or friends from other places and times. I see a group of ETs just before sleep almost every night, and I've made contact with some of them. I put a tape recorder by the bed and tell my impressions into it while almost asleep. Sometimes they make sense and sometimes they don't :-) There is a rare and amazing book called Through The Curtain by Shafica Karagulla, about a woman who attended classes on the astral level while asleep and would dictate what she was experiencing while it was happening. Excellent information with very little distortion.

i also see faces when i close my eyes some only last in visual a second
others for quite a time it is people who i have never met.

i also see people in happy situations or some sort of incedent that have happened.
once i saw a group of people walking crouched over caughing and crying
like they been in some sort of accident i would say there must of been 5-8 people in this group.
they were comforting each other after what ever happened .
