Does Moldavite compel people to tell the truth, or to reveal their true feelings?

My moldavite has caused the most extraodinary thing.

I'm doing a temp job covering for a girl who is off long-term sick.

There was an exchange of emails between the boss and her, referencing me which she managed to send to the printer. I was referenced, not derogatorily but you know how it is, you pick up a vibration in the written word - us empaths do that.

Harsh experience. But I'm sure that was moldavite caused, my moldavite - it allowed the truth to come to me.

Perhaps the regular employee is either feeling jealous (you're healthy and working and she's not), or even feels somewhat threatened ("What if they like Belle's work better than mine?") It doesn't make it fair if she tries to subtly put down you or anyone else, but sometimes people give in to emotions that aren't helpful or constructive. Then you see this sort of thing going on.

Fortunately, you are right on the premises, able to communicate freely with your boss and coworkers, and do a great job, so your work and your demeanor will speak for themselves. Thanks to that, you won't have to worry about any stated or implied put-downs from someone who isn't on the premises to see your work firsthand. The fact that you've had the truth come to you on its own, is a beneficial thing for you overall, because now you know more about how you can and can't rely on that regular employee.

Thanks Likes2Read. THat is an interesting thought, I hadn't thought of that. Regardless my heart goes out to her. But it was more what the boss said that cut me and so I have advised that I won't do the role.

Difficult call but I'm not selling myself short.

I was able to explain my call with compassion and honesty and to ensure my dignity. Before, I would have done the Uriah Heap : Oooo ever so 'umble, lucky to have the job.

I don't understand why people feel the need to be so sharp-tongued. It's a shame. They could take that energy and do so many GOOD things with it, and feel better, instead of using their energies to tear other people down.

How aweful to hear things said like that. I am not up to date on the crystal, but I have learned that when someone has to talk like that about someone, it is because they hate themselves or something in their life. A lot of times what we don't like in someone else, it is what we dislike in ourselves.

All I know is that eversince I have gotten a hold of my 1st Moldavite, my life's been one hell of a rollercoaster ride.
