A loving tribute to my daddy and to RingDings, Twinkies and DingDongs ....

The passing of an era reminded me of the time spent with my dad as a child in the 60's.

Those of is the grew up in the United States and some that didn't, We all grew up on Twinkies, RingDings and the like ... It was the best part of spending the day with my dad at work when I was a child. While I loved going to work with my daddy it made it all the more special going to the deli with him and getting a tuna "samwich" and one of those awesome deli pickles, the kind that only taste good coming out of a New York Deli and I got a much forbidden Coke and a even more forbidden RingDing ... I was in heaven spending the day with my loving daddy ...

Thank you dad for those memories and who knew they would just be memories.
I am going to miss RingDings though its been a long time since my mouth has tasted one, I miss my dad more but thankful for having him as my daddy.

I love you daddy. May 2, 1928 - January 21, 1995
