What happened when you unblocked all of your chakras?

I've been working on cleansing and healing each of my chakras. I've been doing one chakra a week. I was thrown way off kilter after a traumatic even and have had to undergo a lot of spiritual healing. I'm at the heart chakra currently, still got a few more to go. However, I was wondering what has happened to those who've cleansed all 7?

The heart chakra is really the only one you need to work on. You can't clean your whole emotional body unless you are leaving this dimension.

I felt joy...and connected to 'spirit' if that makes sense.
I felt I was 'at my best'....on top of the world , so to speak....
very happy and perky.
I keep them balanced with the help of selinite and meditation each morning to
start the day.

It is just methodology; you can do it in any way that pleases you. You can also simply focus on the word happy, and gently listen to it, lean towards it, and see the feeling of it grow within you, and in that you will unblock your energy.

There are some differences between 'removing blocks' and 'opening your chakras', and degrees of variance within each of these two things.

If you're hoping to find some newfound and amazing abilities because your chakras are now unblocked, you may be disappointed. In a general sense, removing blockages simply allows you to experience life in a more 'smooth' and untroubled manner. This isn't to say that life will be easy, only that you will handle your challenges better.

On the other side, we have opening chakras to allow more energy through. And this isn't going to always be a good idea. It needs to be done in a mediated and balanced way. Too much of one type of energy, such as through your sacral chakra, will see you behaving in undesirable ways and having thoughts/feelings/emotions that aren't strictly socially acceptable. But if used in a balanced way, this energy can facilitate wisdom and enlightenment; much the same as energy from any of your chakras.

Most spiritual people tend to focus on their third eye, crown, and/or heart chakras. These seem to be popular because people get some 'tangible' results that indicate results; seeing auras, astral travel, communication with spirits, etc.

There is a story from ancient Greece where the hero is confronted with a three headed beast. Each time he chops off a head several more grow in its place.

This is an analogy for those who are "cleaning their chakras".
The thing that needs cleaning is the causal body, the storage of lifetimes of conditioned patterns of thinking and feeling, likes and dislikes.
Trillions of patterns in there.

Once Kundalini is awakened in the sushumna, that's the power of the Divine that does the serious cleanup. At that point we can cooperate with Her or stand in Her way.

Grace is required for cleaning, and self-effort is the cooperation part of it.

The process is more of a waking up to the clean part of us that is there already only veiled by delusion/ignorance.

I always begin with the first chakra, which is the root chakra. Fear. which also affects the third chakra is its enemy. In fact, the root and solar often coincide with each other. It would be difficult to unblock the other chakras if you can't find stability in where you stand (root) because of fear (solar).

If you want to focus on chakras, focus on alla of them overactivity on one chakra When other Are inbalances may lead to illnesses. For example, When focusing on the third eye When Your root chakra is out of balance, may lead to fear-based visions.

Who was the person who told You to focus on the third eye? If a trustworthy clairvoyant or something, You can trust her and focus on the third eye becuse it my be that that is the one that needs clensing right at this moment. Always listen to your own voice and think for yourself.

When you've cleansed all 7? You'll find that you have to cleanse them again. And again. And again. Throughout the rest of your life, grin.
You cannot totally cleanse a chakra in one go. It works in layer, like peeling an onion. If you'd never done any chakra work, you may now have peeled of the first layer, or maybe just parts of that first layer.
That can still get you out of whack though. Especially if you go as fast as doing one a week, without breaks in between. Your energy system has got to adjust, which goes reasonably fast, but your physical body needs a bit more time. Plus, you never trained that 'muscle'. When you get used to working with your energy system, things will get a bit easier and will go faster. Like going to the gym. If you do too much that first time it's gonna hurt! But with time it'll get easier.
What I have noticed when I went too fast is that I barged into a brick wall and didn't want to do any energy work at all anymore. I was totally fed up. It was so much. And basically this was just my energy system and/or Higher Self stopping me because I was going too fast for my own well-being. Things just take time, and I learned the hard way you cannot force it to go faster. (I was stubborn, thought I could do that).
It took half a year for me to get back on track and to be able to go on again. One important lesson when you want to work with your energy system: listen to your energy system!! If it feels you need a break, take that break, don't let your ego try to push on.

Again, what happens after that, you will get to the next layers of the chakras. And you'll again get out of whack because of what comes up, because the deeper you get, the deeper the issues that will come up to be healed and released.

As for saying "Work on the XXX chakra..." there is no such thing. The most important ones are the first 3 ones because they are your foundation. Most people have a lot of issues on their 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th chakra. Yes, almost all chakras.
Because they are closely related. All about self-esteem, being grounded, feeling worthy, getting rid of co-dependency, and when you got that sussed (which may take more than 1 lifetime btw) being able to love yourself and others, and being able to express yourself in a confident and loving way.
Achieving that, cannot be done in a few weeks, but it's good to make a start. Just don't expect to be ready when you've done the 7th. It's an ongoing -beautiful- process of self-discovery.
